Privacy Policy

1.1. This Privacy Policy of the Information System “LLP JAS Ventures Almaty” (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) defines the general conditions for processing personal data of users and clients in the Information System «main.jva.vc» and/or copies thereof (hereinafter referred to as IP).

1.2. IS performs processing of personal data to the following extent:

  • photo;
  • last name, first name, patronymic (if any);
  • e-mail address (e-mail);
  • phone number;
  • legal address;
  • information and banking details about the company (legal entity/ individual entrepreneur);
  • and other things;

1.3. IP users are any individual or legal entity that has the right to use IP in its own interest in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the User Agreement for the use of IP.

1.4. JAS Ventures Almaty has the right to change this Policy unilaterally by posting the changed text on the Internet at the IP address.

1.5. Users are required to track changes to the Policy themselves.

1.6. Having started using the IP, the User is considered to have accepted the terms of this Policy in full, without any reservations or exceptions. In case of disagreement with any of the provisions, the User is not entitled to use the IP.

1.7. If the User does not agree with this Policy, the User can stop using the IP.

2. Processing of personal data

2.1. JAS Ventures Almaty processes the personal data of Users for the following purposes:

  • provision of public, quasi-public and/or private services and/or services;
  • provision of other services and services using IP;

2.2. JAS Ventures Almaty may transfer the User's personal data to a third party in the following cases:

  • if the User has agreed to transfer their data to a third party;
  • if the transfer of personal data is necessary for the provision of services and services;
  • if the User uses an IP account for authorized access to the information contained in an information system operated by a third party;
  • if the transfer is required within the framework of the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2.3. JAS Ventures Almaty and the User are obliged to take the necessary organizational and technical measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, safety and availability of personal data.

2.4. Users give their consent to the processing of personal data in the IP without any time limit.

2.5. The processing of the User's personal data is terminated in case of blocking and/or archiving his / her IP account.

2.6. Users are obliged to independently ensure the security of their IP account password and bear responsibility for the negative consequences in the form of misuse of their personal data by third parties, resulting from a careless attitude to their account password;

2.7. Users are obliged to update the personal data processed in the IP in the event of their change if automatic updating of the specified data is not possible.

User Agreement

Your use of modules and information content of the information system “LLP JAS Ventures Almaty” is permissible only after reading and agreeing to the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement is the main document that establishes the conditions for the provision by "LLP JAS Ventures Almaty” (JVA) of services and information in the information system «main.jva.vc» (hereinafter referred to as IS) to the IP User (User);

1. General provisions

1.1. The use of IP means the User's full consent to all the terms of this Agreement, which the IP JVA has the right to change unilaterally without the consent of the Users and without notice. The User is obliged to monitor the changes made to this Agreement independently;

1.2. The IP user can be any natural or legal person who complies with the requirements of this Agreement and the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2. Obligations and rights of the parties:

2.1. The User is obliged to:

2.1.1. Comply with the terms of this Agreement.

2.1.2. Not to perform actions aimed at harming the interests of the JVA, impeding the functioning of the IP, the use of IP materials without the consent of the IP Administration and the JVA;

2.1.3. Notify the technical support of the IP by email: info@jva.vc , in case of compromise of User account authentication data (obtaining information about the User's username and password by third parties);

2.1.4. Provide only reliable information when registering your account and submitting applications for services in the IP;

2.2. The User has the right to:

2.2.1. At any time to stop using the materials and services of the IP, notifying the technical support of the IP to block his account by email info@jva.vc

2.3. The JVA is obliged to:

2.3.1. If the User complies with all the terms of this Agreement, do not prevent the User from receiving the services and information content of the IP;

2.3.2. Notify Users about ongoing technical and routine maintenance work in the IP;

2.3.3. To provide only verified and reliable information to the IP within the competence of the JVA;

2.4. JVA has the right to:

2.4.1. Process the User's personal data obtained during registration and further use of IP in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V "On Personal Data and their Protection" (hereinafter referred to as the Law "On Personal Data and their Protection") and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2015, No. 418-V "On informatization".

2.4.2. Block the User account in the following cases:

2.4.2.1. Violations by the User of the terms of this Agreement;

2.4.2.2. Providing false information during registration;

2.4.2.3. Performing actions by the User aimed at causing material and/or image interest to the JVA when using materials and/or IP services;

2.4.1.4. Receiving information from the User about the compromise of User authentication data;

2.4.1.5. If the User account is inactive for more than 3 (three) calendar months.

4. Other provisions

4.1. This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Issues not regulated by this Agreement are subject to resolution in accordance with the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All possible disputes arising from the relations regulated by this Agreement are subject to pre-trial settlement of the dispute by sending a claim.

4.2. If it is impossible to resolve disputes and disagreements through mutual negotiations, they are subject to consideration in the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Almaty in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4.3. If, for one reason or another, one or more provisions of this Agreement are deemed invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.

4.4. Inaction on the part of "JAS Ventures Almaty " in case of violation by Users of the provisions of this Agreement does not deprive “JAS Ventures Almaty” of the right to protect its rights and interests for any period, and also does not constitute a waiver of “JAS Ventures Almaty" of its rights, in case of further such violations.

4.5. This Agreement is written in Kazakh, Russian and English.

4.6. To view information and use the Personal Account and /or the Product, the User can use the Internet browsers Google Chrome, Yandex.Browser, Apple Safari, Mozilla FireFox. The JVA does not guarantee the full functionality of the Personal Account and/or the Product when using other Internet browsers.
